N.J. Rehabilitation Facility Provides Healing and Therapy

The Jerry & Dolores Turco Medical Rehab Center, a short-term rehabilitation facility in Lincoln Park, N.J., opened in July and offers boutique-style rehabilitation seven days a week. The building features a Japanese healing meditation garden, English garden terrace, private suites, Rehab Road, a simulated neighborhood community, indoor aquatherapy pool, day spa, wellness center and more.

The 65,000 sq. ft. Jerry & Dolores Turco Medical Rehab Center features both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. Specialty programs include orthopedic rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation and pulmonary rehabilitation. Patients will receive treatment in a healing and holistic environment, which offers traditional therapies and other wellness services including acupuncture, acupressure, massage therapy, sauna, spa, beauty salon, chiropractic services and biofeedback.

The Center will partner with referring physicians to provide continuity of care to patients. Private rooms with balconies can be reserved for post-hospital treatment, easing the stress of last-minute placement.

In addition, "Eddie's Place," an education and senior community center, will offer informational seminars to the community as well as recreation, social programs and wellness education for seniors.
