Craft therapy nurtures adults by offering an opportunity for self expression, stress reduction and a greater
sense of self-confidence. It is widely used as an integral part of therapeutic rehabilitation. Art therapy is an excellent way to express feelings that might be difficult to put into words.

Description:
Music therapy is widely known to stimulate brain functions by makings connections between rhythm and movement. Music of a certain tempo accelerates greater movement in patients and can be quite beneficial in conjunction with physical rehabilitation. Music therapy can improve speech behavior, help lessen pain and improve the quality of life in rehab patients.
